Where Great Swings Begin!
Fundamental Golf School at Jacksonville Beach Golf Club, now in its 2nd year of operation, aims to provide fundamentally sound golf instruction to golfers of all ages and skill levels. FGS offers private lessons, lesson series packages, group clinics, junior programs and a Players Program for High School and University Golfers.
FGS is staffed by three experienced teachers; LPGA Class “A” Teaching Professional Mary Lyons spearheads the highly successful women’s golf programs and its award winning junior programs. Sandy Suckling, PGA Apprentice and Swedish PGA member has had a distinguished 20 year career as a touring professional, teacher and junior coach. David Ward, a former Head Professional at San Jose Country Club focuses his instruction on teaching, High School and College golfers. David is also currently the head golf coach for the Episcopal High School Girls Team. FGS offers a state of the art indoor/outdoor golf facility with the latest in video analysis and will be glad to customize a program for you.
