and recognition of golf's greatest players and contributors and serves
as an inspiration to golfers and fans throughout the world. Located

all of the world's le ading golf organizations, the Hall of Fame honors
its 120 members through displays of historic artifacts and personal
memorabilia and hands-on exhibits which tell their stories and the
history of the game.

The Swilcan Burn Bridge: Stroll across the life-size replica of this famous icon, modeled after the original at the Old Course at St. Andrews, Scotland.
Shell Hall: The members of the World Golf Hall of Fame are honored in bronze relief on an 88-foot long wall called the "Wall of Fame".
The Trophy Room: At the top of the 110-foot Hall of Fame Tower where you will find the game's most significant trophies and a fabulous view of World Golf Village!
The Member Locker Room: Enter golfs only co-ed locker room and view over 2000 artifacts and memorabilia from the Hall's 120 members in lockers dedicated to telling their individual stories.
2008 Special Exhibits
The Hall of Fame opens several new exhibits throughout the year. Entry into these exhibits is included as part of the Hall's regular admission charge.
Jack Nicklaus: Golf's Golden Champion Open through late 2008 This World Golf Hall of Fame special exhibit, created in conjunction with the Nicklaus Companies and the Jack Nicklaus Museum, focusing on Jack Nicklaus' extensive career and storied life. It tells the Story of Nicklaus' career through a comprehensive collection of personal and professional memorabilia, photographs and video, as well as featured artifacts on a rotating basis.
"The World Golf Hall of Fame, as an institution, has made remarkable strides in a relatively short period of time," Nichlaus said. "1 am proud and humbled to have my story told and I look forward to the unveiling next week." Visitors can go back in time to a fabricated pharmacy soda shop, reminiscent of the family owned pharmacy where Nicklaus spent with hours with his father, Charlie. The section holds personalized correspondence from significant friends and also show's the vital role Nicklaus' wife, Barbara, his children and grandchildren have played—from the Nicklaus' 1960 wedding invitation to the Father of the Year Award from 1970. This area takes visitors through Nicklaus' past, from the impact of his family and his upbringing to his present family life as a husband, father and grandfather.
A special room is devoted to his 18 major championships and through early May will showcase four of his major championship trophies and significant items and equipment from a number of those victories.
Guests can view Nicklaus' Presidential Medal of Freedom— America's highest civil award for meritorious achievement in public service—on display to the public for the first time. Other items will include his 1975 Bob Jones Award and the 2000 Payne Stewart Award.
Visitors will enjoy learning about Jack's passion off the course - fly fishing, and his contribution to golf outside of his individual playing career. His involvement with The Ryder Gup, Memorial Tournament and The Presidents Cup are represented through memorabilia including his 1983 U.S. Ryder Cup Captain's trophy, his Presidents Cup U.S. Captain's clipboard from 1998 with scoring sheets, his 2003 Presidents Cup Captain's blazer, and his golf bag and final-day nulla from the 2007. The exhibit is a cooperative effort between the Jack Nicklaus Museum and The Ohio State University, both located in Columbus, OH.
2007 Induction Class - Open through October 2008
Learn about the Hall of Fame careers and accomplishments of the six newest members of the World Golf Hall of Fame through their extensive displays in Shell Hall which include personal memorabilia and rare artifacts like Joe Carr's Augusta National Member's blazer, Hubert Green's 1977 U.S. Open Trophy, the gold medal from Charles Blair McDonald's win at the inaugural U.S. Amateur in 1895, Kel Nagle's six PGA of Australia Cups, Se Ri Pak's 2006 McDonald's LPGA trophy, and set of irons Curtis Strange used to win the 1988 U.S. Open.
Pride, Passion, Patriotism: A Celebration of The Solhetm Cup On Display through Summer 2008 World Golf Hall of Fame, with the support of PING, LPGA and the Ladies European Tour, opened an exhibit that tells the story of women's professional golf's most prestigious team competition through photos, video and memorabilia from Hall of Fame members and PING.
