Aromas Gives Back - Over $100,000 Given to Area Charities

Aroma’s 4th Annual Charity Golf Tournament will be held Tuesday, July 10th, 2007 at the King & Bear Golf Course at World Golf VillageIt’s an occasion to give to the community, an opportunity to enjoy the wonderful game of golf, and a chance to display your love for cigars. Aroma’s 4th Annual Charity Golf Tournament will be held Tuesday, July 10th, 2007 at the King & Bear Golf Course at World Golf Village. With great support and combined enthusiasm from the community, Aromas has set a 2007 goal at 125,000 which will benefit the following local charities: The Heart Gallery, The Betty Griffin House, Schools and Communities, and Edward Waters College.

The event will commence Monday, July 9th, with a seated sponsor dinner at the World Golf Hall of Fame. Here, participants will have an pportunity to meet, greet, and bid on national celebrities also participating in the tournament. On Tuesday, July 10, immediately following the tournament, there will be an after-party at Aromas in Ponte Vedra which will include a dinner buffet and open bar. There will also be a silent auction and live auction where bidders will have the opportunity to win everything from autographed memorabilia to a ride on a fighter jet!

A $1,000,000 Hole-In-One challenge and $10,000 putting contest will also draw the best of the best to this year’s Aromas’ Tournament. From the well seasoned pro, to the rookie putter, the tournament is expected to draw a grandeur crowd. There will also be chances to win boats, cars and a corporate membership to Aromas’ famed private cigar club, Club Robusto.

After first opening their door in 2003, Aromas continues to prosper as the First Coast’s only upscale cigar, wine and martin bar.
